Not condoning breaking community guidelines but, can you ping using bots?
1) Well intentioned person concentrates their autism in a reddit comment alongwith the username the autism is directed at. Something like:
"Ha ha u /GenericGussy cope text lmao"
2) A bot picks this up and sends a private message to the user including the r/drama post url on which the comment was written.
3) We get to make r/drama a bastion of free flowing ideas and healthy discussion in accordance with the original goal of this sub.

I think someone tried something similar the last time this happened and the admins shut it down.
Wasn't aware of that, afaik the admins can only suspend the account that will be used to send the private messages. So yeah you'll probably need burner accounts with some karma to do this.

Just get another IP. It's easy.
Getting around an ip ban is not that hard I think.
I'm thinking something along the lines of randomizing burner accounts and IP for every pm.
That's too much work for anything related to Reddit.
