I actually almost opened up a frozen yogurt franchise with that Swirl company a couple years back in Houston. I was in the middle of trying to get a small business loan when I finally got a chance to look at the contract they sent me.... they legit could've summed that contract up with a single sheet of paper saying, "grab your ankles, yogurt bitch"

I never really came back to the idea after that. I was cracking up at some of the shit they wanted from me in that contract, I can't even fathom working 70+ hours a week to be that cucked.

Taking it in the ass for a few years to get incredibly rich is something foids have been doing for centuries. Franchises just allow anyone the chance to be a rich persons bitch.

Always look at the franchisee agreement first. Some are ok, most put you in binds over the real margin makers (product sourcing and unit pricing).
