I'm almost at the tipping point. I feel like I would just be better off cancelling all of my future preorders on AmiAmi (and there are a lot of them) and going totally preowned. I mean if I can't rely on their warranty to begin with, and they obviously don't give a crap about me as a customer, I don't see the point of buying anything new at this point, and continuing to support them.
