I presume that it would be the West removing men from all positions of influence and replacing them with women. Even if done over a long period it would cause immediate and massive economic disaster and other countries that didn't implement this policy would rapidly overtake any country that did rendering it not just stupid but self-defeating.

Prejudice is just your brain making inferences based on past experiences. A little bit is ok and inevitable but if it causes you to fundamentally misinterpret the world it is obviously bad.
