Don't mind me wrong, I love r/Drama as a concept.

A brunch of edgy kids playing to be centrist just because they dislike chapos and making MDE seem Social Liberal is extremly amusing. It reminds me of the Europeans that for some reason decide to convert to islam and fight for DAESH because they have nothing better to do and feel alienated by society.

However, their dystopic gigantic gulag would have to stop at some point.

So, if I don't remember wrong, Drama has a meme about "studying the bussy".

My suggestion is, making this a turning point, as the r/Drama leadership would try to contact with, for example, Chapotaraphouse or someone from r/politics leadership.

These people would get horrified because of Dramas methods and would try to "explain" them how to reddit, giving them the proper reddiquette.

At this point, Drama would either try to redeem itself, accepting their mistakes or "renounce" centrism as we undestand it, creating their own weird nazbol ideology, denouncing Lenin, Hitler or even Marx as libtards.

What do you think?

Apart from this, does anyone knows if there is any remaining tranny communists exiled somewhere? If so, this kind of person would be crucial in order to approach r/Drama.

I totally realize most people are going to disagree with me here but I feel compelled to say that closing the sub for a joke wasn't a very kind thing to do. We have seen TONS of posts from vulnerable populations talking about how this sub is a source of support and humor in a dark time. Irony and dirtbagism aside, taking away that support without warning was not okay.

You can say I'm being silly, or humorless or reactionary. Whatever. I love the show and I love this community. But sometimes I come home after dealing with ableism and our nightmare reality all day, and this sub is one of many things that make me feel better. It wasn't a good feeling to find this sub closed for the sake of irony. Maybe that's laughable or pathetic. But for me, it's true.

This is postmodern sincerity at its deadliest finest. That's how little I trust what anyone in this sub has to say (including you). It's hyperreal.

I applaud some version of your idea. I'm pretty sure most of the faggotstm here are only here to milk their lolcows, and honesty defeats the purpose of posing. Even now, I have to tell you to go KYS because that's what conformity looks like in the language game we're playing.
