I don't give a fuck how much you call your flimsy delusions "enlightenment." There is no amount of ceaseless self-deception that will make you accept the charred hellscape of being a miserable useless destitute fucking junkie piece of shit. That's where he fucked up. Well crafted cider doesn't need added sugar at the end of the process.

Why would you even need it to be sweeter? It's made from the sweetest thing ever.

In the beginning of the process of turning apple juice into alcoholic apple cider, some added sugar along with the yeast helps to kick-start the process of fermentation.

Adding it later is for idiots who don't know what they are doing or just want things way more sugary than they need to be.

The weird thing about making cider is seeing the yeast bob up for air like a goldfish and lay back down.
