It’ll be interesting to see if the political pendulum does indeed swing back. I’ve been observing how younger people are getting more and more conservative with no questioning of the media that isn’t lefty focused. It’s a weird thing I fear of that the young people will become conservatives brainwashed by the media and that will kick off another era of rightoid media influence for years

It's not supported by any of the available data, if anything the younger generations have become more anti-republican.
The ones that are more "conservative" tend to be so in the moderate liberal fashion, Clinton democrats for example.
