No. The cat felt threatened and the dumbass owners of the pit bulls didn’t heed the cat owner’s warning. This is what happens when you don’t listen. The cat did nothing wrong. He was on the offensive because he felt threatened by large creatures who were strangers that began encroaching on his territory. I’m sure a pit bull, or any animal for that matter, would have done something similar if he felt threatened by a Great Dane for example. Any sane person wouldn’t commit animal cruelty to an animal that was simply defending itself. If someone with a Great Dane (or any dog/ threatening animal that is considerably larger than your dog) comes onto yours and your dogs property after you specifically tell them not to, then your dog goes on the offensive as he feels threatened (just like any animal naturally would), the Great Dane is badly injured as he meant no harm to the pit bull and did not put up much of a fight back, the owners of the Great Dane then threatened to beat your dog with a brick because you dog hurt theirs. How is any of that fair? Hint: it’s not and it doesn’t make a lick of sense. Your comment was beyond stupid.

There have been 0 recored attempted attacks from my two dogs. If you think it's the dogs fault, you probably don't have enough knowledge on dog owning to comment anything anyway. It's 90% of the time the owners fault, because pitbulls are large and strong dogs. People force them to fight and so they become violent. And most pitbulls are owned by abusive owners, who are trying to get other dogs killed in pen fights. So they become aggressive towards others.

Let me give you a little backstory A Pitbull killed my family cat when I was little. And guess what? The owners of the pit were a friendly young couple who lived down the street from us. They were great dog owners. They walked him every day, he was a good dog.
