OP put a space between the /r/ and "drama" this is clearly a 4chan dog-whistle. As everyone on reddit knows that subs have the /r/ immediately before the name of the given subreddit. Whereas 4chan lists their boards with backslashes with users frequently referring to a single board with said backlashes WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE!!! Examples of this are /pol/ and /b/. One will refer to /b/ in such a way as I have already mentions. /r/ must be the "racism" board. This is a microagression dogwhistle designed to keep people of color down, by taking advantages of reddit's commitment to "free speech".
"Hey" merely acts as a friendly greeting to closeted racists on this site. "Drama" refers to the anxiety white people feel from no longer being the majority. String this all together and you get something like:
Hey (insert operatives from racist 4chan board) I have anxiety about the end of mayos.
The specifics are worked out with the subconscious subtext that mayos use to decipher such hidden messages.
