Tifas tits are still pretty big, they're like D or DD at least. They just aren't beach balls like the original. Her eyes also aren't half the size of her head. It's a modern realistic model so it's obvious it would look different. The original FF7 went for non realistic models so around simply because the graphics technology wasn't very advanced at that time, attempting a realistic look looked like shit. Now a realistic model is expected of course.
