bonus points: this utter brainlet already said in an interview that after it gets taken down, he's just going to release it again with his own art/music/etc.

basically throwing two middle fingers up to Nintendo and going "lulz thanks for the exposure, Mario"

then there's the fact the game itself has a EULA telling everyone not to steal his totally original work. everything about this is hilariously stupid and i hope this guy gets sued.
