Somebody has really had it in for Dostum for like the whole time the war has been going on. I keep hearing this line that he's a "warlord" so that makes him bad. So what the fuck do you call all the other leaders in a country that's been at war for 40 years?
I guess he's got one or more countries against him or else he just pissed off the western media somehow.

Ahmed Rashid said in his book that under Dostum, girls went to university and there was even an airline. People used to seek refuge in his territory.
