Well there's account sharing depending on how friendly the admins are to it, that allows several different groups to utilize one mod account to consolidate moderation action to known unpopular mods who are expected to do biased agenda driven stuff. There's straight up selling where the shill simply continues to act somewhat the same. For a regular shill account the acting is laughable and easier to notice, with moderator accounts it's definitely harder to tell as the stakes are higher to keep the sale/share secret.
