Also job private job training is almost entirely useless here. What they are looking for is job experience, you can take all the three month summer courses at the local community College you want and they're still going to throw your app in the trash with all the rest when they're not doing well. That teaches you almost nothing actually necessary to do the job in question usually. Only working does.
