I always wondered how they safeguarded that. There seems to be a verification process, but how do you legally verify age without either doxxing yourself or it being easily forged?

Yeah. I’d say that the difference is that gonewild took it down and hosted it unknowingly whereas fbi posted it knowing she was underaged. I don’t really know the finer details this is just information I had to hunt down and since the post here didn’t have any explanation I wanted to share it.
The most infuriating thing about reddit is knowing that people will spend countless hours tracking down month old gamer word posts to ban a sub but you aren’t allowed to catalogue pedo shit lol
