Damn well could be. What makes it murkier is that there are some of the owners/ownership groups are 100% on the legit up and up. But there area some groups are dodgy as all fuck. It's a weird world.
Either it's money laundering, or a scam company that serves as investor bait. I have no idea how they managed to get their logo onto actual F1 and their drinks into some shops at the very least, or even where the energy drinks come from.

It is. Their logo is a ripoff of some cycling company, the energy drinks can only be found in very few places, and in general it's shady AF.
