If your IUD or any medicine is causing you to not be able to enjoy things or even physical pain in this case, maybe try fixing it.
I guarantee you if you made the exact post, switched the guy and girl and medicine and made it about how the dude won’t fuck her now they would call him inconsiderate, tell her to leave, explain her needs, tell him to get a new medicine, etc.
I said it earlier but imagine if her boyfriend started taking medicine and stopped fucking her. Guarantee you that these same chicks would be advocating her leaving, him stopping the meds, her cheating, him being inconsiderate of her needs, etc.
