Bizarre anti-NEET sitcom from the 90's

I spend more time with women on any given Tuesday than any unloved, lonely shut-in Chapo poster has in his whole fucking life. I might make jokes about women on /r/drama, but IRL I'm one of the fucking girls and fine with it.

When any of them open up to me about their experiences with harassment or assault, it is never - NEVER. FUCKING. EVER. - about a MAGA bro or a frat boy. It is always at the hands of some sensitive feminist "woke" boy.

The "frat boy rapist" thing is a myth that dangerous dudes like this are happy to perpetuate, because it takes the heat off of them, i.e. the real threats to the goddamn wimminz.

Get A Life was one of my favorite sitcoms as a kid. I have VHS rips of the whole series saved on my computer. Still holds up. The one with the alien vomiting all over the place and the one where he builds the submarine in his bathtub are my favorites.

What the hell was it about? I've never heard of this show.

Yeah it's one that seems to have been lost to the ages. Criminally underrated show imo, it only lasted a couple of seasons. Chris Elliot is a 30 year old paperboy who lives with his retired parents. It's really absurd, silly comedy if you like that kind of thing, and I do.

Ever play Paperboy on the NES? Rage inducing nonsense. Why would people want to kill the kid who delivers your newspapers?

Were people trying to kill you? I thought it was just dodging obstacles and shit like that but I don't really remember

Dogs attack you and the Grim Reaper chases you. I think cars try to run you over too.

I've always assumed Chris Elliot is a libertarian, based on how he looks.

If you like you need to watch the movie Cabin Boy

Would you like to buy a monkey?

I think that this was the show that FOX started their tradition of cancelling amazing shows too early with.

holy shit that's a throwback. I don't remember watching this but remember the show's opening scene with him on the bike.

The garage owner even says the word "NEAT"/"NEET" !
