Having been following this case, it's pretty clear (to me at least) that Yaniv has an incredibly high opinion of himself, which is also completely unwarranted. He has a very crude understanding of how to manipulate systems like customer service and the administrative government systems via rule lawyering, aggressive language and bullying. It does not seem to occur to him that people, especially the bureaucrats who are forced to give him the benefit of the doubt, can see through his charade. There's also a component of self-delusion in that he at least partly believes his own bullshit.
There's also definitely some cluster b personality disorder going on here, but that's nothing unusual. The incidence of that among trannies is higher than among suburban soccer moms.
