He blew up the mall and part of the Derry library as he was dying. Pennywise is OP as hell, except for his weakness that, if you think an attack will hurt him, it will. Which brings up the question of why the Losers didnt just get a bunch of machine guns when they want back into the sewers. It's not hard to believe that bullets will hurt the evil clown.
