I did a research paper this summer on this subreddit and there was a published study that found that 74% of attacks on Reddit came from 1% of source subreddits. I assume that subs like r/Drama are the 1%.
90% of homeless people California are from outside of the state. People flock to California because of the weather, the resources provided to the destitute and because its super easy to fast these resources. You don't need a Ca ID to get on mediCAL or CALfresh(food stamps). California is the way it is because of all the states that are too broke to take care of homeless people
It's extremely easy to get healthcare via mediCAL. you dont even need a Ca address, you can use the address of the social services center. Even the smallest towns have clinics for underpriviledged people
