Unless it happens in an alley or something and people witness it and come running to help, there will usually be a way for the defense to say it wasn’t rape. Sure, a rape kit was done and evidence was collected, but who’s to say it wasn’t just kinky sex? Even if it’s on video you can say it was an S&M game and they chose to film it.
This means that in your utopia, OP, rape would be probably a 98% unprosecutable crime.
Belief is actually useful if we have, say, ten women going out of their way to come forward credibly against one man, or a load of former altar boys accusing their priest. You just haven’t considered this because you’re one of these people who think straight men are the most persecuted demographic for some reason.
