His asking people to give me a constitutional argument on why thats ok. But no one can give him an answer.
The kid might have a right to have sex but people don't have the right to have sex with them if they are underage. There you go. Just like private institutions geared towards children are allowed to discriminate against childless adults using their facilities unless they have an approved reason to be there. Hell public ones too. Adults can't just wander the halls of an elementary school when they feel like it

Its definitely a tricky area when it comes to the medical stuff. Maybe they qualify forcing a child you carry a baby to term against their will as child abuse, would clear it up. Would have to be very exact in language so you don't have that spill over into areas that deal with superficial procedures though. Definitely don't want cases where parents not letting their kid give their peen the chop qualify as child abuse
