Using a cartoon flag as one of their mascots was brilliant. They can parrot “why do you care about a cartoon frog lmao” at anyone who criticizes it and “moderates” (as opposed to genuine radical centrists) will be convinced that the opposition to the alt-right has nothing worthwhile to say.
