Completely serious but I think the difference is Russian troll farms and Chinese is that the Russians hire slubs off of Craigslist that just wanna earn some coin. The Chinese usually have super educated highly decorated PLA true believers.
So the light allowance on creativity and not giving a shit that most low level copy editors have keeps Russian efforts on the left side of the uncanny valley and more varied which makes it seem more relatable.
