For instance this video, he says good D like hes a freshman in high school trying to be edgy at lunch. The poor interviewer tries to brush off the childish joke while Schroder is laughing his ass off, and then SAYS THE SAME JOKE 10 SECONDS LATER. AS IF IT WASNT HILARIOUS ENOUGH THE FIRST TIME.
He athletically has been blessed with one of the best bodies in the league and STILL hasnt developed a semblance of a post game that is effective. I dont know how you can play basketball your whole life and have no touch or moves around the paint. Every time he makes a shot I am always amazed that it goes in. He just throws up these sweeping hooks and shitty bank shots that EVERYONE seems coming. Every year he talks about the moves hes added to his game but I have yet to see an effective one every year. The only move I see is him with a reverse spin to the baseline, a shitty baby hook, or a terrible push bank shot that clangs off the rim.
Another thing he does: Whenever someone drives on him and he is the rotating big, I always see him shoving his arm/ elbow into the driver while not boxing out his man. Either contest and alter the shot or go full Klove and get the rebound. Drives me bonkers.
He reminds me of a kid in class who brags about not trying in class or studying and then gets a D and then complains about how unfair the class is, and then afterward laughs it off like its no big deal.
Maybe its because Ive played with people like him and I cant stand it, maybe its because Ive had a bad day, or maybe its because im an idiot. One fact remains though, and that is the fact that I HATE Dwight Howard.
