Similarly DC used to have a reputation as the murder capitol of the world but never would you have issues at the national mall or in Arlington over the river (richliberal.jpg) or indeed most of the city not east of Anacostia.
With enough chemicals in the water, anything is possible. However, can the world deal with all energy, insight and pure testosterone those two would release?
