The team defined extreme inbreeding as the result of offspring produced by first or second degree relatives. This would include siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles. It would not include the offspring of first cousins.

That's not even the rate then. How the fuck do you get 270 per hundred thousand when it's already 125 per four hundred and fifty six thousand 414 according to this study which already claims to be statistically low compared to what should be the actual number anyways?
The U.S. likely has a much higher rate alone just from certain southern states. All of which should be destroyed and then maybe resettled for the greater good.
