You are human livestock and the internet is your digital enclosure. And like all good farmers, they have to make sure the herd gets their vaccines or it could mean disaster for the farm!
It’s not individuals who just love vaccines making these gay pro vax memes. Someone is being paid to do it by some shitty organization likely with ties to the Rockefellers and the Vanderbilts or whatever.
They also subscribe to the brainlet idea that all politics in media are representative of the creator's politics. Like there's no way you could write a story where you don't tell the viewer what to think.
Want me to talk about gender politics and how it is always girlfriends getting kidnapped?
Or want me to talk about Baron Von Blubba is using his privileged as a member of the titled class by turning the protagonists into Bubble Dragons and chucking them into a Cave of Monsters.
I don't want to play a badly-written game filled with poorly-constructed virtue signals against the CISHETEROPATRIARCHY
HAH! And yet you play games where you fight nazis and where concentration camps are seen as bad! Checkmate, atheists!
They're being disingenuous as fuck and they either know it, or are in deliberate denial about it. Disingenuous smugness is really the hallmark of the regleft.
You don’t need no degree to work a real American job, born out of sweat, blood, and braun. Really jobs that real Americans do. Like being a mechanic or a lineman. Real blue collar, beer drinking, gun toting, libtard hating Americans.
And its going to be a long fucking wait buddy. How about you put that art degree of yours to good use and paint me a picture of your butthole that describes how you feel about this conversation.
I said you cant teach art and you went off about rightoids like a fucking tard.
You cant teach somebody art no matter their political orientation, just like you cant teach the left to meme or you to not be a whiny faggot.
Thats just how the world works. The sooner you accept it, the sooner you can start sucking dicks for a dollar, paying off that student loan and start looking for an actual job where you get paid in real currency instead of "exposure"
You don't need an art degree to make art, in fact it's contraindicated. Art degrees are for criticicizing art for not being woke enough, this is like the opposite of making art.
Star wars and stuff is political. Is a random zombie game? Probably not, but if you consider any narrative that is somewhat relevant to political issues to be political then it could be.
there is some truth to it because most stories about abuse of power (70% of popular fiction stories with a bad guy) can be easily connected to politics.
People who say everything is political would absolutely argue that zombie games are political. They’d say it’s about fear of collectivism or some shit. They’ll always pull something out of their ass.
but if you consider any narrative that is somewhat relevant to political issues to be political then it could be.
They are right that you can make literally any game political if you reach hard enough, even Mario.
However, you must be a politics obsessed mouthbreather to give a shit about politics in games that are heavy in tons of other areas like gameplay, artstyle, characters/plot etc. Most games have politics implemented much more subtly than gamers would have you believe and it's really just a small addition complimenting the overall experience at best (again, not counting games that are really focused on narrative, politics etc. and bare in other areas).
Like the guy near the top who says during his 40 hours of Division 2, he and his buddy talked about how non political Ubisoft tried to make their marketing - I would not want to spend even 5 seconds in the same room as this guy.
Is this the game where the kids are living in terror because they're the only hispanic people in rural Washington? Life isn't strange, French "people"'s imaginations are strange.
/r/games became an extension of chapo overnight a few months ago. its bizarre, idk if they are brigading from discord or gamers are just super retarded.
I think i know why its like how it is. First, /r/gaming is filled with nothing but pics and screenshots and has basically no real discussion beyond regular leddit shit so thats out. Rightoid gamers tend to congregate on game specific subs where they seethepost about whatever leftoid thing they hate thats related to the game. This basically left /r/games open for takeover pretty much by default.
Most of the game specific subs I go through are all Paradox Grand Strategy so they have their fair share of rightoids, including classic rightoids (monarchists). But then again those subs are often also full of commies and anarchists, guess map games attract extremists.
These are the same people who cried themselves to sleep when hatred was released. They are right. We should have more political school shooter simulators.
when people say "keep politics out of it" they mean direct references to real life current politics that people are trying to escape from by consuming media
literally nobody is saying make the plot have no politics in it
just to be relevant in regards to the world you created and dont try and jam clumsy drumpf analogues in there like a fag

"The album is a series of arrhythmic piano instrumentals, this is exclusionary of POC by virtue of not featuring phat beats for them to dance to"
That seems about the right flavor of seething mayos accidentally being super racist in their attempts to cape for brown people.

I want to know what was the politics behind Mona Lisa
1 Burnnoticelover 2019-10-03
They say this to console themselves for never engaging with complex media.

Leftoids saying that everything is political is one of the few things that gets me unironically seething especially since they're so obtuse about it.

Well it’s true.
1 slugulon 2019-10-03
Only if you're using politics in such a broad sense as to be meaningless.
1 ManBearFridge 2019-10-03
Then why don't conservatives have art degrees? 🤔

Do you think rightoids somehow are an exception?
1 ManBearFridge 2019-10-03
Rightoids are mindless drones, that's why they don't have art degrees and can't paint anything with Jesus or angels in it.
1 Stenwalden 2019-10-03
Having an art degree does not make you a good or even a decent artist you sperg 🤣🤣🤣

I just recorded a 4 chord progression on my piano. Tell me how its political.
2 TreLoon 2019-10-03
4 = n(Nazi), where n(str) = str.length
1 Stenwalden 2019-10-03
4 forms half of the alt right nazi fascist bigot dogwhistle of "40%" It was also Hitlers favorite number.

I've never seen political discussion on paradox subs though.
Paradox games have a pretty broad mix, except HOI4 attracts the wehrboo ubermesch gamers more than anything.

Gamers should unironically go back to just calling everyone nigger faggots rather then trying to see how every game somehow relates back to trump
