Too expensive for the calories you consume. I can hit my macros eating fast food and take a multivitamin for the cost of drinking soylent. If you use it as a supplement, you’re better off with protein powder.
Every fast food place has salads just don’t put the dressing. Fried chicken without skin is almost pure protein. Hell, In n out will serve you a burger with only patties and no cheese if you want.
