Hello and welcome to a Friday effort post! Let's start with the background:

If you haven't heard, the famous nazi, racist, transphobic, ebin conservative commentator, and manlet Bencil Sharperino is coming to speak at the liberal college, Boston University. He has been invited by the Young Autists for Freedom after negotiations with the University. BU is most famous for its alumni, and my niggas MLK Jr & Nicholas J. Fuentes

Of course, this has generated massive amounts of seething from "le intolerant left" as does any of the 35 year old man's "Own the Teenagers" tours.

The Daily Free Press, student newspaper, is milking the shit out of student anger with their initial article being their most commented on article of all time and getting lots of Facebook attention (more on this later).

With students mad (x1600) and minor protests already held with more planned, you'd think the university would cancel like other liberal universities have. Nope.

What makes this case special is the University has not backed down and has thrown in their support for the event saying, "I also hope what we can do is to let the program happen, and to let people who are against it challenge these ideas, and to have good and real conversation about this. That’s what a good university is about. It’s a noisy place. It’s noisy and complicated and messy. How wonderful that we can still have these kind of conversations." - basketball Dean. Most likely, this is so the University can tout its upcoming free speech policy.

It gets funnier because the University Administration is cucking harder the more that the students complain, agreeing to pay a $13k security detail so the talk can be open to the public. Further, the University is holding the event in one of the biggest spaces on campus (BU Track & Tennis Center, 100 Ashford St. - 1200 fixed seats, 4500 capacity), up from the group's initial request of 1500 capacity.

Now, despite BU being a mostly liberal campus, it's a lot more moderate than other college campuses. Because of this, a lot of students are in support of letting Ben speak. This is where we finally get to the good part, as there has been an EXPLOSION of drama on the "BU Memes for Normy Teens" page, "Official Class of ...." pages, Daily Free Press posts, and even on their BU subreddit.

Shapiro is a major racist and Islamophobe, as well as an apologist for war crimes committed by the United States and its allies.
