/r/drama was part of my shift rightward. There are a lot of rightoids in there doing the lords work, showing people to the light. Ironic rightoid posting can still red-pill people. And good drama is still good drama, whether it's chapotards sperging out over ableism in the revolution or the Donald Defense Force sperging out about NPCs. Drama is one of the few places where actual fascists and actual leftists clash on a daily basis, and it's pretty entertaining.
I'm currently banned for circumventing the custom subreddit style at /r/drama though.
You ever notice how there’s Spanish as a secondary language on pretty much everything except shower stuff where it’s French instead? Do Mexican people not wash their hair or something? Why are shampoo and body wash the only things I see where it makes me read French?
My theory is that the boomer thinks the YouTube is a TV channel and they searched so often for Mexican rapists that YouTube assumed they were Mexican given their incredible interest in crime in the country.
If you haven't ever used those two knobs to make the colors right then you have no place in politics! 😡😡😡 It was like worse than fucking WW2. You're trying to tune into goddamn Babylon 5 and you spend 10 minutes out of the episode trying to make so everything isn't green.
Everybody has their proprietary garbage where they filter and try to over boost the image to stand out in the store. You have to turn like a dozen settings off when you get the tv.
Also settings that mean one thing on some tvs don't work the same on others. Like any TV should have a control for the back light, the black level, and the white level. These settings are often known as brightness, picture, and contrast, these three words can refer to any of the above settings, it's totally inconsistent. My monitor actually has contrast and brightness, brightness controls the back light, and I've not yet been able to precisely understand what the contrast setting does because it seems to adjust the back light and filter the image at the same time.
It's more confusing because software on your pc or game console often uses the same word to describe an entirely different setting.

I wish there had been a quantitative way to track their slide in to boomer retardation.

I'd have thought they'd be all for the car company endorsed by Herr Fuhrer.

It wasn't a slide as much as it was a flatline.

To be fair, HDTVs are a pain in the ass to set up properly.

Op is boomer who connects his "big screen TV" up with rca cables in stretched standard definition and thinks that's gorgeous
1 wellhellotherefellas 2019-10-28
Garbage colour and picture clarity can come from connecting with HDMI cables.
1 wellhellotherefellas 2019-10-28
Ehh. It looks like it's using HD resolution to me.
1 wellhellotherefellas 2019-10-28
It clearly fucks with the image, genius. That's why HDTVs generally aren't a good idea.
1 seenten 2019-10-28
You know those same settings have existed on probably every TV made since 1980 right?
1 wellhellotherefellas 2019-10-28
Yeah, but every TV does its own dumb image processing which makes the picture and quality look different

Glad someone else agrees about this ridiculousness. Basically just have to fiddle with all the picture settings until it's "good enough."
1 wellhellotherefellas 2019-10-28
Yup. HDTVs are good at being massive HD screens with acceptable sound speakers. They're not good at detailed image processing.

Imagine being cucked by TV settings.

While td users are completely tarded, they do this shit to bernie too, make him look tomato red so people think he’s gonna die sooner.
1 eva_remastered 2019-10-28
you say that like it's his TV settings, when it's the network's ((("TV settings"))) that are responsible
