Young guys without sisters or female friends read all these weird things on the internet about women and end up thinking they’re a different species or something.
Like that dude that went on /r/askwomen trying to figure out what life was like without an inner voice. All the ladies in the comments had to chime in like, “Umm, you know women are sentient, right?”
I actually remember the first inner voice thread on /pol/ which began the whole "NPC" meme. However, it wasn't gendered at the time. Its interesting to see how such a survey can make waves on the internet. Thing is, I still don't know if it was true or not.
