So glad I don't work in corporate anymore, but this is just how it is with very large companies. There are advantages and disadvantages with working with these large tech companies. You need to play the game and just realize that you're 1 person among thousands of employees, so just do your job and stop yer bitching. You get the comfort of a stable job in exchange for corporate politics and red tape to do everything. If you want to change the way a company works, join a small business but small businesses are just as annoying with their "open door policies" that promote people bitching about everything to "help the business succeed." It's just a trade-off.
