You look at the dog and think to yourself "ay, yo, that's a fucking pitbull". You don't need science, you just shoot the thing in the head like 8 times to knock it out.
In this case it's from a unique angle because the guy is clearly talking from an elite (lol) dog-fighting perspective, but yeah, he didn't seem to be able to wrap his head around the fact that nobody gives a shit about whether the mauler that's trying to get at their pet is a ~real game American Pit Bull Terrier~
While I agree with you that the global poor need to be ruthlessly eliminated he refers to modern "gangsters" starting to use bait dogs because they are so dumb they actually thought it was a real thing. It's pretty obvious in the context who he is referring to. They're high in both agression and melanin content and have reading comprehension skills on par with your own.
It seems like the difference between wine snobs who will blab your ear off about the region and soil conditions and history of their most prized bottles and the guy at the end of your block who lives with his mom and comes home with bottles of 2 buck chuck every weekend. There's apparently a class of old-school dogmen who are extremely selective about the dogs they breed and snobby about the fights they hold. It is really interesting to read their descriptions of dogs and fights though; it's an entire way of life and they believe that the dogs are really into it
I imagine a horror movie like situation where a pitbull is shot and you need a new mag. It gets up and he's like oh no. He drops the mag suddenly in feae then the pitbull rips his throat out as he's screaming. Then the camera pans out. You actually a guy watching this on live leak. You say oh man I should post this on drama. Only to realize right after you post the video, this exact comment is the snappy quote. Then realizing the world is actually a simulation you go on a killing spree. You then end up on liveleak yourself, continuing the cycle.
I learned a lot from their responses, and I think that it's likely true because it makes sense and contains tidbits that you wouldn't come up with by yourself.

If he's lying then he spent a lot of time learning about dogfighting because he's got the terminology and attitude down perfectly.
He started flinging insults over dumb minutiae, but it's a shame that he was banned and deleted his account. Content from dogmen talking about the sport is really hard to come by
I am a dog man in the sense that I love dogs. I have a very deep respect for the human and canine connection that has and is existing for the last 30,000 years. Without dogs, we wouldn't be where we are today as a society.
That said, just like with humans, there are plenty of shitty dog personalities. And those, I don't like.
