TL;DR Fuck you read all 94 pages. But basically some boomer working at Aero Leathers, a scottish leather jacket company, stole a bunch of shit from them and founded his own company. He then got arrested, but the company he founded, Simmons Bilt, allegedly using jacket patterns stolen from Aero, got off with no consequences and continues to undercut Aero to this day. It's not even really two sided enough to be real drama but it's old people with enough disposable income to buy truly authentic leather jackets and who are autistic enough to care reacting to the ONLY LEATHER JACKET COMPANY TO TRULY RESPECT HISTORICAL ACCURACY get wronged, which leads to a level of boomer anger not previously seen outside of the official ann coulter forums.

Bonus: Official account of the wronged party is still angry at the other company in current year, shits on them in new thread on another unrelated boomer clothing forum.
