Technically this could fall under intimidation which in some cases can be a criminal offence. If I were a journalist there I wouldn't have felt comfortable.
This actually reflects on a growing sentiment that has become abundantly clear— Trump will take use intense intimidation tactics on those who seek to highlight his shortcomings such as trying to reveal the whistle blower’s identity, or more recently, making a joke to the press, knowing that they “wouldn’t get it.”
Daddy is the first president not to have a presidential pet, because every animal that is allowed to stay at the White House after dark howls at his door and tries to claw their way through the gates.
