On Sept. 26, U.S. District Court Judge Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger found a section of the Iowa Code unconstitutionally vague because it subjects speakers to criminal punishment based on the reactions of third parties.
So basically supporters of rape seeds have a special exemption to noise ordinances, I'm sure this was a fair legal opinion that had nothing to do with her political views and will totally have applications elsewhere and not just be used as a special shield specifically for pro rape people.
Only foids could misunderstand bodily autonomy, responsibility, and consequences of actions enough to genuinely believe they are morally m permitted to kill a separate, existent human which they assumed responsibility for because it would get in the way of their vapid whore way of life. It’s effectively the same as agreeing to hold someone’s newborn then exercising your bodily autonomy by fatally dropping him on the sidewalk because a guy you would like to chat up is approaching. You knowingly assumed responsibility for the child then proceed to kill it as it was an annoyance.
Still, Abortion should be banned not for the lives of children but for the drama it will cause.
