If you read the Old Testament a hell of a lot of it is insane ranting about how other Jews deserve every bad thing that happens to them, so it shouldn't be too shocking that this is still going on today. Some of the Arab Jews are very much into this, like the Shas party that currently has 9/120 seats in the Knesset and loves victim-blaming Ashkenazis for the Holocaust.
