[discussion] Why do rightoids/libertarians constantly attempt to claim the healthcare systems in hong kong/singapore are free market?

Literally every time I argue with a libertarian over healthcare they:

A) declare regulation is why healthcare is so expensive in the US.

B) Point to Singapore/Hong kong and say "see, deregulation makes healthcare super cheap!"

The problem with this? Both fucking countries have government run, public healthcare systems with price controls in place. They are not free market, they are not even fucking close to free market. True - both countries have private sector healthcare that isn't really regulated, but they're a fraction of the healthcare systems in either.

And even more fatal to the libertarian argument is that healthcare in the private sectors there is far more expensive than the public sector.
