As someone who has been doing this over a year(I am a chick who provides not the other way around) it actually really benefits a guy's self esteem and overall mental health. Those cute good night texts and being able to talk to someone about your feelings, insecurities and even your day is surprising not easy to find. I'd like to challenge you to think of all the people who you can tell ANYTHING to.
