Hey, totally random, but I saw your recent comment and thought you maybe
had some insight. Hope you're in the right headspace to hear this,
let me know if you don't have the bandwidth to support me right now (I
respect your boundaries dude haha!)
My wife and I opened up our relationship about 3 months ago. I am still
getting used to having a meta (our neighbor Greg), but we get along
pretty well.
But earlier this week, Greg did something I considered over the line - he
told our 8 year old son that Kylo Ren dies in the new Star Wars movie. My
son cried for hours afterwards, and the only way I could get him to calm
down was by telling him that Rey was actually related to him - she shares
the same grandfather, Palpatine (our Pop Pop Palp!) with him.
My son was able to eventually get his autistic tantrum under control
enough for me to show him that Greg was wrong - that actually, Leia,
Lando, Chewie, C3PO, and R2D2 die as well.
Once he got that out of his system, I took Greg aside and sternly (but not
too sternly!) told him that our son was his to share in the bedroom, but
not at the movie theater.
Anyway, I suspect this is a fairly common poly problem. Do you have any
experience with your wife's bull overstepping your boundaries? How did you
deal with them?
At the end Rey goes to Tatooine and takes on the surname "Skywalker".

Am I the only one in this sub who's actually played organized tackle football before?
Like half of the comments I've seen on this sub are so obviously written by non-athletes that it's almost humorous.
When I was in high school (3 year starter for our varsity football team) I would get a full-on sprint going and clock the shit outta whoever had the ball. My coaches called me "speedhawk" as a nickname caus I had such a nose for the football and for those three seasons I was considered the most feared safety in our conference. Senior year I led my team to the state semifinals only to get fucked over by the refs in the 4th but that's another conversation (DM me if you're interested in hearing about it)
So, yeah. I hope yall can understand why I feel like their's such a big disconnect between myself and your typical redditor. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way lol
