Finding words that actually mean what you mean instead of using shorthand that is oppressive and upholds stereotypes and diminishes people’s struggles and value. Not having to use « PC » speech is a privilege that is earned and ought to be discussed on a case by case basis with each person in your life. Otherwise, say what you mean and don’t use shorthand.
