Because they look stupid as fuck. Notice how people with tattoos tend to be criminals, retards, or coonsoomers? It's almost as if there's some sort of correlation. Honestly, the first place I'd go, if my IQ were to drop to 90 (It's a 188 right now), is a tattoo shop.
