There is a lot of overlap, but here they are in order of normalcy:
Most normal: Anime
Medium normal: MOBA
Least normal: Speedrunning
There is a reason why the entire speedrunning community is either gay/furry/trans/whatever. They legit spend upwards of 10 hours a day doing the same thing again and again trying to reach a slightly lower number than someone else. You can not be normal and speedrun.
MOBAs are similar. Most are degenerate addicts. But, you can still maintain a real life while playing MOBAs.
Anime is the lowest time commitment. It’ll make you retarded if you stare into the abyss for too long, but it’s the least inherently autistic.
Speedrunning bar none. Endlessly running the exact same level over and over again just to shave .1 second off your time that some other NEET will beat in a month.
At least with MOBAs you have to interact with people and work as a team to get shit done.
