Just a gradual decline. It still works but the more effort I need to put into the act, my body doesn't seem to be able to get the blood everywhere it's needed unless I take a pill, if you catch my drift. My cardio isn't great per se, but I don't have a sedentary job or lifestyle, so I'm not that badly out of shape.

I dont have like a monster 9" dong or anything, it's bigger than average but the problem really is, as I see it, weight/leverage.
