Quickest way to end climate change is to deport all illegal immigrants back to their 4x less CO2 per capita producing countries, abolish all social security and medicaid so we don't have to have population growth anymore, coast down to about 100 million people at the same time as we institute a 75% wealth tax on boomers and use that money to plant half a trillion trees and build giant nuclear and renewable energy plants.
