Are you a literal NPC? First you had trouble counting to two, now you're just copy and pasting your replies. Do you need some time to update before you can type anything new?
Maybe it's more like an internship. The moderators work for free for the first three or six months, then they became a paid employee if Reddit admins decide they are qualified. It's gotta be like this, the other option (they never receive any payments at all even if they are a moderator for years) is way too pathetic and degrading for any human being with even a minimal self-respect.

I heard some rumors that internet forum moderators don't have any monetary compensation for the service they do, this can't possibly be true, right?

I heard the same rumor but what kind of low life would you have to be to spend your time working for FREE
