The only way we can retaliate is by using these things as a pretext for gang violence. For example, some gang needs to claim a rival set did a drive by on Mr. Peanutt, then Chief Keef needs to make a song about how he's "saltin on that peanut", and then the revenge killings.
Take the narrative, and make it completely unfit for advertising.
