I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than doing it for free. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are y'alling, cleaning, locking and viewing posts for at least 18 hours a day solely so artists can go and get rowdy in the thread. All the hard work you put into your beautiful little subreddit - reading the approved posters stories at bedtime, making them not have fun, not having a healthy diet, scolding literal children, playing with your inner demons. All of it has one simple result: your subreddit is more enjoyable for the spergs that will eventually fuck it up in every way.
Moderated the perfect sub? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a random man who had nothing to do with its cleaned up, whobposts there. He gets to mock you every night. He gets the benefits of the kind and sweet culture that came from the way you moderated it.
